Investing in my healing sessions, products or sound healing trainings is really an investment in yourself—one that nurtures your growth and unlocks new possibilities. These products have the potential to change your life and are crafted with deep intention, filled with the energy and love needed to support meaningful transformation. 

Because I pour so much energy, intention, and love into these services and offerings, I don’t offer refunds. I also have clear boundaries when it comes to payment policies, ensuring we honor the exchange of value with mutual respect and clarity.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Site or services. These Terms may be updated or modified at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Soulstice LLC offers sound healing sessions, corporate wellness workshops, private events, and other holistic services (collectively, "Services"). The specific details of each Service, including pricing, duration, and scope, are described on our Site and subject to separate agreements when you book a session or event.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation:
    To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $155 is required at the time of scheduling. Full payment must be made prior to the session or event as outlined in your service agreement.

  • Pricing:
    All pricing for services is outlined on our pricing page and is subject to change. Custom quotes may be provided based on specific client needs.

  • Refunds and Cancellations:
    Any cancellation or refund policies will be provided in your specific service agreement and must be adhered to. Generally, cancellations made 48 hours before a session may receive a credit, minus the non-refundable deposit, while cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may forfeit the deposit or full payment.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our Site or booking services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.

  • Comply with all local laws and regulations related to your use of our Services.

  • Ensure the session environment is appropriate (quiet, safe, and conducive to the service being provided).
